I am a feminist activist, strategist, leader and independent consultant with over 15 years experience working with global and grassroots organisations to advance gender justice and human rights.  

I support grassroots organisations, international NGOs, private and public foundations, Women’s Funds and UN Agencies to build strategies and funding approaches, design programs, develop participatory grant making practices and strengthen their organisations. I have solid experience working with young women and girls and co-creating initiatives that centre the decision making and power of young people.

I am passionate about shifting power in philanthropy and international development. I have a strong understanding of how funders can meaningfully resource the work of activists and movements. I have experience working with young feminist led collectives, women’s human rights defenders and environmental defenders in Latin America, and Asia and the Pacific and expertise in funding with a gender, youth and intersectional lens across geographies across the world.  

Before establishing this consultancy practice, I was the Co-Executive Director of FRIDA | The Young Feminist Fund (2013-2019) In this role, I successfully supported 150 grassroots groups in over 120 countries and oversaw the growth of the organisation from 1 to 20 staff, and from a budget of 250,000 to 4.5 million USD.
